Andrian Lesan of LAV 111 LLC and his partner did an amazing job for a complex series of painting jobs we had here in March 2024 related to repainting our cabinets, caulking and repainting our baseboards, and repainting our kitchen and the upstairs of our house. Very competitively priced and extremely professional and kind these two gentlemen did amazing and timely work on a large series of projects. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing professional painters.
Andrian and his team are professionals. Our projects were done carefully and look great! He took good care of us by always verifying our plans, keeping his quoted price for each project, and updating us on his daily schedule and progress. We were impressed with his work: 1. repaired a leaning, broken fence. 2. installed composite deck railing. 3. fabricated and installed metal egress window-well covers and ladders. 4. cleaned and stained a large cedar swing set.
